Ground Works

All buildings rely on good ground works. On a new site you will need drainage and utilities installing in advance of foundations and walls.

Only after the utility trenches and drainage runs are in place can you proceed to construction of the foundations.

The ground work layout and foundation designs are the two aspects of a building project that the client has very little input or influence over.  This being the case, once your architect has designed the ground work plans and your structural engineer has designed the foundations, please call us to discuss construction costs.
